How to care for hair?

How to care for hair?

A strong, shiny, energetic hair can increase your confidence and make you feel like you can challenge the world. Follow these simple steps and you will soon have the happy and healthy hair you've always dreamed of!

Shampoo and dry

1. Know when to wash your hair. People often mistakenly believe that they need to wash their hair every day, but often washing their hair will make the hair dry or let the hair quality down. For most people, washing up to three or four times a week is enough. [1]

The longer, thicker, and more curly your hair, the more time you need to manage your hair, and the longer you can wash your hair.
If your hair is very oily and you have to wash it every day, use a lightweight or “daily” shampoo because the shampoo is more gentle than others.

2. Use conditioner. Always use a good conditioner after shampooing. Conditioner will provide moisture to your hair, making it softer and easier to comb. It will also cause less damage to your hair after showering. Just apply conditioner to the middle or tail of your hair, otherwise it will look more oily.

Use leave-on conditioner at least once a week. The leave-in conditioner can penetrate deep into the horny layer of Ziyang and repair the damaged hair more completely.
Try spraying your hair conditioner after showering. Spray will make your hair softer and smoother.
Try to do an intensive care from time to time. You can use intensive care such as olive oil, argan oil, avocado oil and coconut oil.

3. Use a comb. Wet hair is more vulnerable than dry hair because it is more elastic and more susceptible to damage. Because the hair is the most vulnerable when it is wet, you should not comb it directly with a comb after washing. Instead, you should spray some hair, then use a wide-toothed comb to remove the knotted area and reduce damage.

Remember to start from the tip, not comb it from the roots.
Once your hair is dry, be sure to avoid unnecessary grooming, grooming or care.

4. Buy shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. Choose a shampoo and conditioner combination for smooth, greasy, dry or dyed hair and stick to it! No matter what type of hair you have, there is always a product that is perfect for you.

5. Do not dry your hair. Hair is more fragile when wet, and drying your hair with a towel can cause damage. Wiping your hair with a towel may damage the stratum corneum (outer hair), causing more damage and causing the hair to curl or fluff.

Try to wash off excess water in your hair with a towel instead of rubbing.
Buy a super absorbent towel that wraps around the hair after washing.

6. Use less hair dryer. Frequent use of a hair dryer can dry your hair, but it can cause hair breakage and split ends. Try to use your hair dryer as much as possible and let your hair dry as much as possible. If you use a hair dryer, don't let it get too close to your hair as this may burn your hair.

Try to apply an exothermic spray or lotion before blowing your hair.
Try setting a cooler on the blower to reduce the loss.
Buy an ion hair dryer. The ion blower emits charged particles that halve the time it takes to dry the hair (reducing heat exposure), allowing the stratum corneum to be as smooth as possible.

Use hair care products

1. Apply the hair mask. Apply the hair mask at least once a month to give the hair a deep nourishment and leave the hair soft and shiny. Use a hair mask that is specific to your hair type, whether your hair is dry, oily or colored. Good hair masks can be purchased at pharmacies and hair salons, or you can make your own hair mask using the materials in the kitchen.

“Applies to all types of hair: avocado and honey.” Dig out the flesh from a ripe avocado and mix it with a spoonful of organic honey. Apply the mixture to the hair, let it dry for 20 minutes, then wash it off during the shower.
“For dry hair: olive oil and eggs”: Mix three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with two eggs, apply the mixture to your hair, let it dry for 20 minutes and then rinse off.
“Applies to oily hair: apple cider vinegar and lemon”: Mix a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar with a whole lemon chopped skin and set it for 15 minutes to let it absorb the oil from your scalp and then rinse it off in the shower.
“For hair with dandruff: banana, honey and almonds:” Add half a spoonful of honey to half a ripe banana and add a few drops of almond oil. Apply the mixture to the hair and let the shower cap cover. Allow to dry for 20 minutes.

2. Using the essence, apply the essence to the wet hair before drying the hair, or apply the essence to the freshly dried hair. This will help keep your hair soft and shiny while maximizing the need to avoid curling.

Apply the essence to the middle and end of the hair and avoid applying it to the hair roots, otherwise your hair will look greasy.

3. Use heat protection. It is critical to apply some thermal protection before drying your hair at high temperatures with an iron and dryer. Heat is the worst enemy of your hair, so use a heat-proof spray to lock in moisture and reduce burning and damage.

Thermal protection products come in many forms, including sprays, serums, morsins and creams.
Always apply thermal protection to wet hair to ensure it is completely absorbed. If you apply it to dry hair, it will stick to the top of the hair and will not provide adequate thermal protection.

4. Use UV to isolate the product. You know that it is important to protect your skin from UV rays, so what about your hair? The sun will dry your hair and damage your hair, so it's important to use specially designed products to reduce sun damage. These products help prevent hair from drying out quickly under the sun and keep them black instead of being red or bronzed

Most UV protection products are off-the-shelf products such as UV-resistant hair gels or leave-on conditioners.
Remember, UV-blocking products need to be applied to wet hair, otherwise they will float on the surface without seeping into the hair.

5. Avoid using products containing chemical additives and avoid shampoos, conditioners and other hair care products containing sulfates, benzoates or sodium chloride. These ingredients can accumulate in the hair over time, causing damage and degrading hair quality.

The right diet

1. Eat salmon. When it comes to planning a healthy hair diet, salmon is your best friend. Salmon is rich in essential omega-3 fatty acids and contains a lot of vitamin D and protein, each of which is good for tough, healthy hair. Omega-3 fatty acids are important for healthy hair because it occupies 3% of the hair shaft tissue and is also found in the body's natural oils, helping to keep the scalp moist.

You can also find omega-3 fatty acids in other fish such as salmon, mackerel, mackerel and sardines, or if you don't like fish, try adding more avocado and pumpkin seeds to your recipe.

2. Eat walnuts, in addition to being a delicious snack, walnuts are very helpful for your hair health. Unlike any other type of nut, walnuts contain high levels of omega-3 and are rich in vitamin E and biotin. Interestingly, walnuts contain mineral copper, which helps protect and enhance the natural color and shine of your hair.

In addition to using walnuts as a delicious salad and dessert, you can also sprinkle some walnut oil on the vegetable salad or use it while cooking.

3. Eat oysters. These delicious shellfish contain a high zinc content. Zinc is very important for healthy hair – in fact, too little zinc in the diet can cause hair loss. It can also cause dry scalp and dandruff problems. Just three ounces of oysters contain nearly five times the amount of zinc you need per day. They are full of protein, which is especially good for your hair.

Nuts, beef, eggs, and fortified cereals and whole wheat bread also contain zinc.

4. Eat sweet potatoes. Sweet potato can provide your body with a lot of beta-carotene, an antioxidant that is used to produce vitamin A. Vitamin A stimulates oil that produces water and protects hair. Lack of vitamin A can cause dryness, itchy scalp and dandruff problems.

Other sources of natural beta-carotene include: cantaloupe, carrots, mangoes, apricots and pumpkins.

5. Eat eggs. In addition to being rich in protein (about 97% of hair), eggs contain four basic minerals: zinc, selenium, sulfur and iron. Iron is the most important mineral because it can transport oxygen to the hair follicles, help prevent anemia, and anemia can cause hair loss.

Other animal products such as beef, chicken, pork and fish can also help you increase your iron intake.

6. Eat spinach. Spinach is a super food that contains iron, beta-carotene, folic acid and vitamin C - all of which stimulate the secretion of oil from the scalp, forming a healthy hair follicle that helps to make a beautiful, shiny hair hair.

If you don't like spinach, try eating some other nutrient-rich green leafy vegetables such as broccoli, kale, and chard.

7. Eat lentils. Lentils - friends of vegetarians - are rich in vitamins and minerals that keep your hair healthy, such as protein, iron, zinc, and biotin. So even if you are a meat fanatic, you should try to add these small and powerful beans to your diet.

8. Drink Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is rich in protein (hair likes this), vitamin B5 (also known as pantothenic acid, which you find in many shampoos and conditioners), and vitamin D, which has recently been found to be very helpful for healthy hair follicles.

Other similar dairy products include cheese, low fat cheese and skimmed milk.

9. Eat blueberries. Blueberries are a superfruit that has a lot of benefits for the body, but they contain a high vitamin C content that helps keep your hair in top condition. Vitamin C stimulates circulation, which is critical for microvascular delivery and is essential for healthy scalp and hair follicles. Without enough vitamin C, hair can become weak and vulnerable.

10. Eat poultry. Nothing can provide protein more than poultry. In addition, poultry also provide zinc, iron and vitamin B. Vitamin B helps to keep hair strong and dense. Hair is almost always made up of protein, so protein-rich foods are great foundations, so eat what your heart (or hair) wants to eat!

Turkey, lean beef, oily fish, ribs and veal are other sources of protein.

11. Additional needs. While maintaining a healthy diet is a great way to get the necessary vitamins, vitamin supplements can easily ensure your daily needs. The top five vitamins that must be replenished for healthy hair are biotin, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin B5 and cello alcohol.

Remember to check with your health care provider before replenishing your diet.

Overall recommendation

1. Trim the hair every 6-8 weeks. Hair care experts generally recommend trimming the hair every 6-8 weeks, clearing the dead ends and keeping the hair in the best condition.

Usually cutting one to two inches is enough to eliminate the split, but always ask your designer's advice.
If you want to keep your hair long, try to cut your hair out of the layer and remove the damaged parts, but keep the length.

2. Wear a hat. Hats can help protect your hair from harmful UV rays and the sun. A hat can also help cover up the greasy hair roots.

If you don't like wearing a hat, try wearing a big square scarf or wrap your head in a scarf.

3. Carefully tie your hair up. Tightening your hair too tight can cause your hair to break or break, especially if it is already dry. Pulling them when the hair is wet can cause more damage. Try to tie loose buns or ponytails and untie the scorpion before going to bed at night.

Use the way you tie your hair alternately. You can smash it in one day, and tie it up and slant it another day. This way, you don't always put pressure on the same bundle of hair.
Avoid using a metallic hair band, otherwise it will cause more damage to the hair.

4. Avoid stress. Stress can cause chemical reactions in your body that can have a negative impact on your health. These changes will be reflected in your appearance, including your hair, which will become thinner or fall off due to stress. For your health and hair, try to reduce stress and find ways to decompress yourself.

Light exercise, massage, and aromatherapy are all good ways to reduce stress and improve hair health.

5. Protect your hair at night. Avoid sleeping cotton pillows, it will dry your hair, in fact you should sleep on a silk or silk pillowcase pillow, or use silk towels to surround your hair at night. Don't sleep with a ponytail because it can cause hair damage

6. Avoid smoking, caffeine and carbonated drinks. Remove smoking, caffeine and carbonated drinks in your life – this will make your hair stronger and longer.
